Pecan-Crusted Chicken

This 5-ingredient dish is perfect for any night of the week! The chicken turned out juicy and tender, full of flavor!

Here‘s what you need:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup pecans, finely chopped

1/2 t seasoned salt

1/4 t pepper

1 egg, beaten OR 2 T melted butter

Preheat the oven to 400. Combine pecans, seasoned salt and pepper in a bowl. In another put the beaten egg OR the melted butter. If you are using the egg, salt and pepper it lightly. Dip each piece of chicken in the egg or butter then press it into the pecan mixture. Place them on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165. Enjoy!
