30 Days of Gratitude

Proverbs 17:17, ‘Friends love through all kinds of weather and families stick together in all kinds of trouble.’ (MSG)

Proverbs 12:7, ‘Wicked people fall to pieces—there’s nothing to them; the homes of good people hold together.’ (MSG)

Day 17 * Just Grateful: Warmly or deeply appreciative of kindnesses or benefits received; indebted and beholden

Together we are so much stronger. Together determines relationship. Alliances are formed together, agreements reached, rifts mended. Together. Together, bonds are forged, sutured, stitched. Together we are woven pieces of collection, connection, reflection. Lord, you made US for fellowship, a community together creating crossroads of cooperation, camaraderie, communion. We are stronger together, Lord. We need one another. Merge us together once more. Our age of knowledge and technology sent us to our own corners, divided the village, socially made us clumsily inept to communicate. God, place us around the table again, sitting together again over steaming cups of coffee, breaking barriers, coming clean, sharing hearts not stories. Fuse us, God. For one purpose, for one another. Together. We are so much stronger.

Psalm 34:3, ‘Join me in spreading the news! Together, let’s get the Word out!.’ (MSG)
