Worry weighs a person down; an encouraging word cheers a person up. Proverbs 12:25
(New Living Translation)

LadyBug,

God wants you to worry less and be encouraged more. He longs to fill your heart with joy and peace. He loves you more than you can understand and bigger than any mountain you can climb. Before you even tell Him your worries, He already knows. Before you can cry your tears, He already know the weight of your heart. But oh, how He loves you enough to give you encouragement and hope. All throughout His word we find hope of a better morning because He lives.

This is just for us, but also for those around us. We have no idea what others my be facing as they come to work or school. We have no idea that someone may be worried about buying food or paying an electric bill. Sometimes, those who are hurting the most hide it the best. Because of this, we must know that an encouraging word will always give hope. Even if we “think” that the person is doing fine, an encouraging word might be the very thing they need to realize they are worthy no matter what is going on in life.

Let us be ready to speak encouragement to those around us, even if we don’t see the hurt or worry they may be facing
