Easy Chocolate Chip Banana Energy Bites

These easy little snacks are a healthier alternative to cookies or granola bars full of ingredients you can’t pronounce! You just need 2 ripe bananas, oats, chocolate chips and a little salt. That’s it! These were kid approved and a fun snack to make together!

Here’s what you need:

2 ripe bananas

1/3 to 1/2 cup chocolate chips

1 1/2 cup quick cooking oats

1/4 t salt

Preheat the oven to 350. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Mash the bananas in a medium bowl with a fork. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Shape it into small bites, like cookie shapes, about 2 inches wide. Bake them at 350 for about 12 minutes. Remove and allow to cool a couple of minutes. Yummy! Store in the refrigerator!
