LadyBug, I am here to tell you something… If you need to cry out to God, then raise your voice and cry out to Him. This mentality of not being able to cry out when we are angry or hurt is stifling our growth in our relationship with Him. When we cry out, we are emotionally saying “I need you to hold me and just hear me cry.” It’s a way of saying the hurt is so deep that we just cannot understand how to get over it. LadyBug, it is okay!!!! We have all been there at some point in our lives. We are human and we hurt! Besides, God never said we wouldn’t have hurts, struggles and temptations. But, He did say that He would be there for us through everything we face. He knows our pain, because Jesus experienced all the rejection, hurts, wounds and temptations that we have or will face.
Don’t lose heart, LadyBug. Instead, reach up, cry out and just let Jesus shower you with peace. He knows the words you cannot speak. Let your tears fall and know that His Grace will wash them away. When you cannot raise your arms, call me, I will raise them for you!
